Adults

Cornerstone began as a children's ministry but has grown into a church that reaches all ages. We care about adults just as much as kids, and so does Jesus! We offer multiple Bible studies during the week and have many great events that adults can join! We hope to see you there!

Bible Study

Cornerstone offers Bible study on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8 pm in the Lighthouse.  Various studies are offered on different books of the Bible in order to increase knowledge of the Word of God as well as offer a safe and comfortable space to ask questions.  Please contact Pastor Joe Darrow if you have any questions.  Additionally, young adults ages 19-30 meet on Sunday nights from 5-7 pm in the Blue Room for a time of Bible study and fellowship.  Beginning in September, there will also be a new believers Bible Study offered on Tuesday nights for those who are new in their faith and are seeking foundational knowledge, please see Pastor Mike for additional information.

Primetimers (Seniors)

Primetimers is a ministry focused on seniors but is open to all adults over age 30.  Cornerstone values our seniors and seeks to include them as a vibrant part of our community.  Many seniors serve in various ministries throughout the church, including but not limited to serving in our food pantry, thrift store, lending library, Keepers of the House (cleaning ministry) and much more.  Additionally, Primetimers plan monthly outings and fellowship opportunities as well as gather for lunch at a member’s home following second service on Sundays. For more information on how to get involved in the Primetimers ministry, please contact Marie Buck at 215-739-1157 or Pat Miller at 267-939-5440. We would love to have you!

Recovery Ministries

Many people in our community struggle with addictions and its impact on their lives.  We try to help people recover from the effects of addiction.  We partner with recovery ministries near our church.  We hold a recovery focused Bible study on Tuesday nights at 6:30 to 8:00pm.  We provide the facilities for multiple AA and NA groups.  Many of our church members are involved in these programs.  Our recovery ministries meet at our Miracle House on 2060 E. Allegheny Avenue.  The Miracle House was once a place of drug use, sales and prostitution.  Now God has transformed it into a place where people find freedom from addiction through Jesus Christ.
