Our Staff
Bill and Patsy Curry
Pastor Bill committed his life to Jesus Christ at age 20 and his life was dramatically changed. He went from living for himself to living for God and serving others. He graduated Cairn University and then earned his Master’s degree at Wheaton College. He poured his life into youth ministry for 25 years. He started our teen ministry in 1980 and our children’s ministry in 1987. In 2004 Pastor Bill became the lead pastor at Cornerstone. Bill’s wife Patsy has helped lead our children’s ministry for the since 1993. She also helps lead our ladies ministry and directs the children’s church for 2-3 year olds. Pastor Bill and Patsy have two children – Joshua and Rachel
Joe and Janie Darrow
Joe is a missionary with InFaith who has been working in Kensington since 1988. Joe has five children Joy, Jared, Zach, Eliza and Joey. He has worked in all phases of the ministry here from children and teens to preaching and teaching. Joe is currently focused on discipleship. He oversees small group studies and classes at the Church. Discipleship includes all aspects of the Christian life. He believes in teaching and also coming along side people helping put faith into action. Joe and Janie were married on August 27, 2022. Janie is a nurse and has been serving the Lord her entire adult life. At Cornerstone she continues to serve in many different ways.
Andy and Shannon Schultz
Andrew and Shannon first volunteered as Kids Club leaders while they were still dating and attending Philadelphia College of Bible. Several years later, after getting married and planning to serve as missionaries overseas, they returned to Kensington in 1994 for a two year internship and have felt lead of the Lord to remain here ever since. Andrew oversees much of the ministry to youth including Teen Club, Preteen Club, God Squad, and Extreme Team. Shannon helps direct the Preteen Club, co-teaches the Growth Group for high school girls, assists with children's church, and home schools Daniel and Drew.
Israel and Brianna Jackson
Pastor Jackson recently joined the pastoral staff here at Cornerstone as the Assistant Pastor this year (2022). He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 16 and developed a desire to minister shortly thereafter. Between 2009-2013 he began to receive training in ministry and completed an Undergraduate Degree Program in Biblical Studies at Liberty University. While completing his degree, he met his wife to whom he has been married to since 2014. In 2017 he completed his Masters of Divinity degree in Pastoral Ministries. In 2022 he completed a Masters of Arts Degree in Teaching. Israel is a committed student and practitioner of expository preaching. Among other things, he enjoys reading, preaching, listening to music, and spending time with his family and God’s people. He and his wife Brianna have two children–Israel jr. and Arianna.
Lawrence and Shirley Goldsborough
Lawrence and Shirley first came to Cornerstone Community Church in 1999 as facilitators of FamilyLife Homebuilders couples series, a Biblical based study on marriage. They have build relationships, counseled and mentored many since they have come. They became members and joined our staff in 2013. Lawrence, graduated from Jamison School of Ministry and Theology, with a Bachelors degree in Theology.
